ESA BIC Latvia offers €80,000 for space startups in Latvia, plus incubation and coaching. Apply by 27 October 2026.

ESA BIC Latvia is the European Space Agency business incubation centre in Riga, operated by Commercialization Reactor. The autumn call offers €80,000 for product and IP development. Selected teams also get up to two years of incubation, fundraising guidance, access to partners, 50 hours of business coaching, 80 hours of technical support, and 10 hours of legal advice.

The company must be registered in Latvia, or ready to be registered there. It can be new or already existing, and it must be under five years old. The project must use or provide space technology, and the team needs a viable business plan.

This is a permanent open call with two selection rounds a year. The deadline for this round is 27 October 2026. The 5th tender evaluation board is planned for November 2026.
