ESA BIC Poland: 23 October 2026 open call deadline

ESA BIC Poland, the European Space Agency incubator run by the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.), has an open call deadline on 23 October 2026.

Incubated startups get an incentive of up to €50,000. Up to two startups a year can also get a Boost of up to €100,000. Support includes up to 80 hours of technical advice, up to 50 hours of business mentoring, up to 10 hours of legal consulting, workspace and the right to use the ESA BIC brand.

You can apply with an idea that uses space technology outside the space sector, or non space technology for the space sector. The company must be an SME no older than five years, or about to be founded. It must be a legal Polish entity, the team must be residents with a working permit in Poland, and the founders who apply must own more than half of the shares.

To apply, download the Open Call package from the apply page and fill in the application form and appendices. Send them as PDF files to office@esabic.pl with michal.chwieduk@arp.pl in copy and the subject "ESA BIC Poland Open Call". Late applications are not accepted.

The documentation changed on 21 August 2026. The team says all applications for the 23 October deadline must use the new templates, which have fewer documents. You can ask the team for feedback on your draft before the deadline.
