Vercel public bug bounty
Vercel pays up to $10,000 for critical reports in its public bug bounty, including open source projects. No deadline.
Clojurists Together quarterly fellowships
Clojurists Together pays Clojure maintainers $1,000 to $9,000 per quarterly fellowship, or about $18,000 a year, to work on their open source projects.
AWS Activate credits for startups
AWS gives startups up to $200,000 in cloud credits for infrastructure, data services and AI models. Applications are open all year and answers come in 5 to 10 business days.
OpenAI Codex for Open Source programme
OpenAI gives open source maintainers six months of ChatGPT Pro with Codex and up to $25,000 in API credits from a $1 million fund. Applications are reviewed all year.
Google for Startups Cloud Program
Google Cloud gives startups from $2,000 up to $350,000 in cloud credits. Applications are open all year across three stages, from pre funded to Series B and later.
CHARTED Fund 4: Supporting Professional Development
CHARTED pays UK early career research technical professionals up to £5,000 for training and conferences. Deadlines fall on the 15th of every month.
GitHub Bug Bounty Program
GitHub pays $250 to $10,000 per valid report in its public bug bounty and $30,000 or more for critical findings in the invite only VIP tier. Open year round on HackerOne.
Microsoft Open Source Bounty Program
Microsoft pays $750 to $15,000 USD for qualifying security vulnerabilities in open source projects such as Visual Studio Code, TypeScript, PowerShell 7 and the Azure SDKs. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
Tether Developer Grants Program
Tether pays developers roughly $1,500 to $4,000 per completed task on its open stack for local first AI and payments. Applications for active grants are open with no deadline.
Gem Fellowship 2027 for Ruby open source maintainers
The Gem Fellowship 2027 gives Ruby open source maintainers grants of $2,500 to $25,000. Applications are taken during December 2026.
