Arkiv Global Tour Stop hackathon 2026 before Devcon 8

Ten day online hackathon on the Arkiv Web3 database with $5,000 in USDC and five Devcon 8 tickets. Submit by 18 October 2026.

The Arkiv Global Tour Stop is a ten day online hackathon run by Arkiv Network, part of Golem Network, ahead of Devcon 8. Builders work on Arkiv, a Web3 database, around four principles: censorship resistance, open source, privacy and security.

The Best Indian Use Case track pays $2,000 USDC plus a Devcon 8 ticket. Four Global tracks each pay $750 USDC plus a Devcon 8 ticket. Devcon 8 takes place in Mumbai from 3 to 6 November. Prizes are paid in USDC within 14 days after KYC.

Anyone aged 18 or older can take part, alone or in a team of up to five. For the Indian track, at least one team member must have Indian nationality. Arkiv and Golem employees and their close families cannot win.

Accepted builds include dApps, libraries, SDKs, devtools, indexers, datasets and agents, deployed on the Tiramisu testnet. Every entry needs a public deployment, a public MIT licensed repository with the files /arkiv/schema.md and /arkiv/friction.md, and a demo of three minutes or less.

Registration opened on 7 October. The build period runs from 9 to 18 October 2026, and entries close at 23:59 BST on 18 October. Judging runs from 19 to 22 October and winners are announced on 23 October. Four criteria are worth 25 points each, and a project needs at least 50 of 100 points to win.
