Entrepreneurs First Winter 27 Bangalore Program: second selection round

Entrepreneurs First pays an INR 360,000 talent investment and can invest up to $250,000 per company. Apply by November 2, 2026 for the second selection round.

The Entrepreneurs First Winter 27 Bangalore Program is a full time, in person programme that starts in February 2027. It takes people before they have a company, a cofounder or an idea. The first selection round has passed, and applications sent by November 2, 2026 go into the second of three selection rounds.

Everyone who joins receives an INR 360,000 Talent Investment, which can pay for living costs or company costs. A tax deduction at source of 10 percent applies as of April 2026. If you do not form a company, or EF does not invest further, EF takes no equity and you owe nothing.

After the first 12 weeks, called FORM, an Investment Committee decides on funding. EF can invest $125,000 via a post money SAFE for 8 percent of the company. A further $125,000 from EF and its partner Transpose Platform via an uncapped MFN SAFE is optional and is open to teams that move to San Francisco for LAUNCH, the final 12 weeks, and incorporate as a Delaware C corp.

Founders who pass selection move to Bangalore from all over the world. EF does not provide visas, but says it can often help with a visa application. Applications start on the EF application hub with basic details and an email check, followed by further questions.

EF says the earlier you apply, the higher your chances of a place. It looks mainly for people early in their careers who have done exceptionally well compared with their peers and who want to build technology companies.
