Team1 Mini Grants for Avalanche builders
Team1 Mini Grants give up to $10,000 to developers and community builders working on Avalanche. Applications are open on a rolling basis.
Team1 Builder Grants fund builders shipping on Avalanche. Team1 is the community arm of Avalanche, and the grants have support from the Avalanche Foundation. The Mini Grants track gives up to $10,000 and has an open application.
Mini Grants are the entry point for new and established projects, community builders, developers and people with unique ideas. Both tracks are global and ongoing.
A second track, Accelerator Grants, gives up to $30,000 to startups and established projects. It has no open application. A committee of Avalanche team members and community representatives proposes projects and votes on them.
To apply for a Mini Grant, fill in the application form linked from the grants page. Team1's blog post of 9 September 2026 reported a new $5,000 mini grant and the first $30,000 accelerator grant.
The committee gives weight to long term commitment to Avalanche. Earlier funding from the Avalanche Foundation is a factor but does not rule a project out. Team1 notes that a high volume of applications means taking part does not guarantee funding.
