Starknet Propulsion Program
The Starknet Propulsion Program covers up to $1 million in user fees for apps on Starknet. Applications are reviewed each month.
The Starknet Propulsion Program helps developers launch and scale on Starknet by covering user fees for a full year. The page says Propulsion Program V2 is live. It is open to fee generating apps on Starknet. Developers receive gas rebates based on how much their users spend. You can get up to $1 million in user fees covered, through a monthly dollar allocation that matches those fees.
A project can apply if it is live on Starknet testnet and plans to launch on mainnet within three months. Applications are reviewed at the start of each month. If the team needs more detail, they will write to you.
You apply with the form linked from the Propulsion page. The form asks for the project name, a category, and a short description of the mission and the problem. The same form repeats that the program grants gas rebates based on usage.
The page lists projects already taking part, so the program is running now. It does not set a closing date.
