The Nebius Physical AI Awards 2026 ask Physical AI startups to enter one of five categories. Each category winner receives $150,000 in Nebius compute credits. There is no entry fee.
The five categories are Physical AI Models, Perception and Spatial Intelligence, Simulation and Synthetic Data, Systems and Deployment, and Software, Tooling and Orchestration. A company with more than one product may file more than one application. Judges from Nebius, NVIDIA and other firms score depth of innovation, breadth of implementation, market potential and real world impact.
Applicants need a registered legal entity, a live public website, an MVP in active use or testing, at least $1 million raised and a product that fits one of the five categories. Winners also get an executive dinner seat, introductions, press and later content features.
The program page lists 15 July 2026 as the open date. The application page says applications run from 15 July to 30 September 2026.
