Physical AI Growth Lab is a new accelerator from UnternehmerTUM Accelerator in Munich, run with Microsoft as leading partner, NVIDIA and Infineon. It is for startups that work on physical AI, robotics or industrial AI and have a real software or AI layer.
Startups get up to €350K in Microsoft Azure credits, plus NVIDIA Inception credits and hardware discounts. They also get technical training from Microsoft, NVIDIA and Infineon, including free NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute courses, and 1:1 mentoring from more than 170 deep tech mentors. The program offers introductions to enterprise customers and access to more than 200 investors and the NVIDIA VC Alliance. Everything is free and the program takes no equity.
Startups should be based in EMEA or actively building for EMEA markets. They should be founded less than three years ago, have up to 20 people, and have an MVP with early customers, pilots or signed LOIs. The organizer also looks for initial traction and the potential for rapid growth.
The program is hybrid, and founders must travel to Munich for some sessions. The kick off is on January 18 to 20, 2027, an in person event with customer matchmaking is on February 24, 2027, and Demo Day is on April 15, 2027.
Applications go through an online form and close on November 13, 2026. The application page says the team screens everything until November 25 and then gives a first response.
