EU Frontier AI Initiative 2027: Advanced Scaling Frameworks for High Performance AI Models
A €15 million Horizon Europe grant for one consortium building tools to predict and scale frontier AI models. Proposals are due February 16, 2027.

Requirements:
- A toolset that supports the scaling of AI models
- Research areas such as scaling law derivation, architecture search, dataset mixture optimisation and hyperparameter stability
- Methods tested across different hardware, not tuned to one proprietary system
- Links to the AI Factories and Data Labs, and cohesion tasks with ADRA and the GenAI4EU hub
- KPIs and benchmarking to show progress
