HackFW MADE Challenge 2026
HackFW MADE Challenge is a North Texas hackathon on AI, hardware and software for manufacturing, with $1,900 in prizes. Submissions close on 30 October 2026.
The HackFW MADE Challenge is a month long hackathon run by Fort Worth DAO. Its theme is what the organizers call techno industrialism: AI, hardware and software for manufacturing and supply chains.
There are $1,900 in prizes. First place gets $1,000, second place $600 and third place $300. There is also a BNSF Award, with no amount stated.
Teams choose one track: AI for Manufacturing, Supplier Relationship Management, AI for Transportation, Tokenized Industrial Real Estate, or Open Forum. Participants must be near North Texas and attend the final weekend ceremonies to be considered for prizes. Everyone must also register in the Talent Database at talent.fwtx.city.
The kickoff is on 1 October 2026 from 5 to 8 pm at the United Way Tarrant County Innovation Institute in Fort Worth. Submissions are due on 30 October 2026, followed by an in person Demo Day.
Each team submits a problem track, a public GitHub repository and a video demo. Projects are judged on technical and product skill. Join through the Devpost page.
