SpinLab accelerator, January 2027 program
SpinLab offers up to 50,000 euro, with no equity, for technology startups. Applications close on October 8, 2026.
SpinLab, the HHL accelerator in Leipzig, is taking applications for its next program. Accepted startups receive 6,000 euro to help cover living costs during the hybrid program. Prizes at Investors Day, for the best pitch and the most sustainable idea, can bring the total of free money up to 50,000 euro. SpinLab takes no equity, no shares, and no intellectual property.
The program looks for technology startups in energy, smart city, eHealth, and cross functional industries. The page names hardware, IoT, apps, and SaaS as fits. Teams should have 2 to 4 founders and business level fluency in German or English. The startup should ideally be at pre seed or expansion stage, and the founding team should already be in place.
Apply on F6S before the deadline. The page asks for a pitch deck of 10 to 15 slides, or a pitching video of 7 to 10 minutes. The application deadline is October 8, 2026. The program starts in January 2027 and runs through June 2027. An ask me anything session is listed for October 5.
SpinLab says it wants a scalable idea and founders who will put in the work. Focus weeks are in person at Spinnerei in Leipzig. The rest of the program is online.
