PearX W27
Pear VC invests $500,000 to $2,000,000 in pre seed companies through PearX W27. Regular applications close on October 4, 2026.
PearX W27 is the winter cohort of Pear VC's 12 week accelerator for pre seed companies. Pear invests between $500,000 and $2,000,000 in each company, depending on stage and capital needs. The page also lists more than $1,000,000 in credits from providers such as Microsoft and OpenAI.
Any founder starting a company can apply, including solo founders. Most teams that join have not raised money before. If you have raised up to $2,000,000, you can still apply. Each cohort takes no more than about 25 companies. Accepted teams must move to the San Francisco Bay Area for the program. The winter cohort runs from January to April.
Applications for PearX W27 are open. The regular deadline is October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific time. Apply on the PearX application page. An investor reviews each company. If you are selected, there is one interview and then a pitch to the partners.
Pear says the program helps with early hires, first customers, sales, and fundraising. The cohort starts with Camp Pear, a 3 day retreat, and ends with an in person demo day for investors and a virtual demo day after that.
