AICPA and CPA.com Startup Accelerator 2027

The AICPA and CPA.com Startup Accelerator is open for its 2027 cohort, its ninth year. Each selected company receives a $25,000 grant, plus coaching, mentorship and guidance from accounting and technology experts.
The program is for early stage companies that build solutions for accounting, audit, tax or advisory work. Companies building AI tools for these fields are encouraged to apply. You need a working product with active users and seed or pre Series A funding, with some exceptions.
Cohort companies can present at AICPA ENGAGE and at the CPA.com Digital CPA conference, where they meet firms that may use their product.
Applications close on November 30, 2026. The online form takes about 30 minutes. A shortlist then pitches to a committee of experts, and the cohort is announced in early 2027.
