Dev3pack Global Hackathon 2026: Solana university hackathon
Free three day Solana hackathon for university students, online or at local build stations, 27 to 29 November 2026. Best App Overall wins $10,000+.
The Dev3pack Global Hackathon is a three day Solana hackathon for university students. It runs from 27 to 29 November 2026. Teams can build fully online or join one of the local in person build stations that Dev3pack lists around the world.
The prize list includes $10,000+ for Best App Overall on Solana, sponsored by Solana. Solana Mobile gives Seeker phones for the Best Mobile App built on Solana Mobile. Local tracks in selected countries pay $500, and each student can claim $2,500+ in perks. One accelerator place is reserved for under represented talent.
The event is built for student teams, and the organizer invites students worldwide. Projects must be open source and related to Solana. The organizer says the last edition in May 2026 had more than 4,000 applications from 1,700+ universities in 89 countries.
Registration is through the Dev3pack app. The FAQ says to plan to submit on Sunday, 29 November. Before the event, a free Solana Rust Bootcamp runs from 2 to 27 November in English and Spanish, with its own application.
From 7 December, top teams are invited to the Bridge Accelerator program. People who do not want to compete can apply to mentor, judge or host a build station for 30 to 50 local hackers.
