Fulcrum AI safety entrepreneurship sprint by BlueDot and Entrepreneurs First
Fulcrum is a free 7 day remote sprint for people starting AI safety projects. Finishers can be considered for BlueDot grants and Entrepreneurs First investment.
Fulcrum is a new program from Entrepreneurs First and BlueDot Impact. It is for people who want to spend their careers on AI safety by starting a nonprofit or a business.
It begins with an intense 7 day remote sprint. Participants set an ambitious plan for the week and then spend 7 days delivering on it. The sprint runs on the EF Start platform with a kick off call, daily stand ups, daily progress videos and final presentations.
New sprints start every Monday. The sign up form lists cohorts starting on 12 October, 19 October, 26 October and 2 November 2026. Sign up through the Fulcrum form.
People who finish well will be considered for grants from BlueDot, and for Fulcrum fellowships and investment from Entrepreneurs First. The post gives no amounts. The work must relate to pressing AI safety problems.
