Forum Ventures Accelerator: Winter 2027 cohort
Forum Ventures invests $100k for 7.5% in pre seed B2B software startups. Applications for the Winter 2027 cohort, starting January 2027, are open now.
The Forum Ventures Accelerator is a program for B2B software startups at the pre seed stage. Forum invests $100k USD in each company for 7.5% equity on a standard post money SAFE. The money is paid on day one of the program.
Applications for the Winter 2027 cohort are open now. Forum held an online info session for this cohort on 7 October 2026. It says investment decisions happen through the fourth quarter of 2026 and the program starts in January 2027. No fixed deadline is published.
Forum funds B2B software companies in any vertical. A company should have taken on less than $500k in funding and have an MVP in market or close to launch. Forum says it works best with founders who have strong founder market fit and are driven and coachable.
Each company gets a managing director who works closely with the team as a fractional cofounder. The program also offers introductions to customers from a network of more than 300 large companies, help with fundraising and introductions to investors, shared services in finance, HR and marketing, and more than $100k in perks from software vendors.
To apply, founders fill in the pitch form on the Forum website. Forum replies within one to two weeks on whether a call with its team makes sense.
