Founder House is the second phase of the wider Arbitrum Open House Singapore program. The first phase was an online buildathon that ran from September 14 to October 4, 2026, and it has its own separate application.

The Foundation asks for teams with an MVP, a prototype or an early stage startup that is ready to sharpen its product, work on go to market and launch on Arbitrum One or Robinhood Chain. It says it is especially interested in tokenization of stocks, commodities and other real world assets, AI agents for trading, payments and portfolio management, DeFi, privacy, payments, consumer apps and work written in Rust, C or C++.

Over the three days teams get feedback from the Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain Labs and sponsors, guidance on product, technical work, go to market and fundraising, technical workshops, and a Demo Day pitch. Applications are on Luma and the Foundation reviews them as they arrive, with places described as limited and curated.
