The IBM Bob 2.0 Hackathon is an online hackathon hosted on lablab.ai together with IBM. It runs for 48 hours from September 25 to September 27, 2026. The theme is AI assisted development: participants build with IBM Bob, which lablab.ai describes as your new AI dev partner, alongside the developers and experts who work on it.
The prize pool is $10,000. The event page does not publish a breakdown.
You can join a team or build solo. lablab.ai asks participants to register before the kick off stream so they can start building with Bob at the start of the event. Experts are available for help throughout the weekend, and the community runs on Discord and Twitch.
